Can I use my own branding?
Yes. A brand kit holds your logo, your colors, your license number and your contact details, and every template fills itself in from it. Change the kit and the next design follows; designs you have already approved stay as approved.
What am I approving, exactly?
The actual print file. We render the PDF that goes to press and show you that, not a picture of it. The approval records which file you agreed to, so there is no argument later about what was ordered.
Can I change a design after I approve it?
You can change it right up until you approve. After that the design is locked to the approval — edit it and you will be asked to look at a fresh proof, because the old approval no longer describes what you are asking us to print.
Do you handle the mailing?
Not yet. Orders ship to you, and postcards leave the address panel clear so you can mail them yourself. Mailing on your behalf is coming.
What about compliance?
Every template carries the equal housing mark and a line for your license number, and the layout will not let them be shrunk below what is legible. It is your license on the piece; we would rather it was right by construction than by memory.
