How it works

A pro signature in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Pick a layout

Classic, stacked, brand band, compact or minimal. Your profile fills it in.

  2. Step 2

    Choose what to show

Turn on your license number, Equal Housing logo, disclaimer and social icons.

  3. Step 3

    Copy and paste

Copy once, then paste into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail with the steps above.

Why it matters

Every email is a first impression, and a compliance moment

Most states require your license number

Licensing rules call for your number on first-point-of-contact materials, and email counts.

Clients save your contact from it

A clear name, phone and brokerage in every email means you’re easy to find months later.

Consistent branding builds trust

The same photo, colors and logo on email, cards and signs makes you look established.

Questions about the Email Signature
